What is a numerology reading?

A numerology reading interprets the numbers derived from a person's birth date and name — the life path, personal year cycles, and name values. It is a symbolic system rather than an empirical one, and is most useful as a framework for a decision such as naming, timing, or understanding a recurring cycle.

What it covers

What we read

Your life path

Where the widely known number is a useful opening, and where it stops being specific enough to matter.

Personal year and cycle

Numerology divides time into repeating cycles. Which one you are in explains why some years feel like building and others like clearing.

Name analysis

The name you were given, the name you use, and what changed when they diverged.

Naming decisions

A business, a product, a child, a rebrand. Compared against your own numbers and your timing.

Numbers you keep meeting

Addresses, dates, recurring figures — read without mystification, and sometimes dismissed.

Questions

Common questions

What is a life path number?
It is the single digit you reach by reducing your full birth date. It is the most widely known figure in numerology and a reasonable starting point, but on its own it describes far too many people to say much about you specifically. I treat it as an opening, not a conclusion.
Can numerology tell me what to name my business?
It can tell you how a shortlist of names differs in character and emphasis, and which sits more easily with your own numbers and your launch timing. It cannot tell you which name will succeed. Use it to choose between options you already like.
Is numerology real?
It is a traditional symbolic system, not an empirical science, and I would never present it otherwise. What it offers is a structured way to think about names, dates and cycles. Clients find it most valuable when a decision needs a framework, and least valuable when used to predict outcomes.
Do you read numerology on its own?
I will if you ask, but I usually recommend against it. Numerology is thin as a standalone reading and much stronger as one layer alongside the chart and the timing. Most clients book it as an add-on to a Vedic astrology reading.
What do you need from me?
Your full birth date, your full name as originally given, the name you currently use, and whatever decision prompted the question. If you are naming something, the shortlist.

Business names, a child's name, a rebrand. Numerology is most useful when there is an actual decision on the table.
