These Service Terms describe how consultations and other services are offered under the Spira & Sage name. They apply once a service is booked and should be read together with our Privacy Policy and Confidentiality Policy. Questions can be sent to privacy@spiraandsage.com.
Consultations and follow-up
Each consultation offers interpretive and practical guidance through a prepared conversation, followed by a brief note summarizing the main observations and next steps discussed. A full written report, auspicious-date guidance, or a Vastu/Feng Shui report is provided only when its scope, price and delivery timing are set out in your written booking confirmation.
Enquiries and booking
Sending an enquiry doesn't reserve a time or require payment — it's reviewed to confirm fit, and we'll reply with the proposed scope and price. A booking is only confirmed once you've accepted that scope in writing, payment has gone through, and a calendar confirmation has been sent. Any change to these steps will be explained to you before you pay.
Changes, cancellations and delivery issues
Terms for rescheduling, late cancellation, no-shows, custom preparation, refunds, and technical interruptions are set out in your written booking confirmation before you accept or pay — there are no undisclosed fees. If we're unable to deliver the work you've booked, we'll offer a suitable reschedule or a refund for the undelivered portion. Nothing here limits any consumer rights you're entitled to under applicable law.
Scope and safety
These are interpretive, traditional practices — not guaranteed outcomes, and not a substitute for medical, mental-health, legal or financial professionals. Traditional remedies are not medical cures. We may decline or end a request that involves harm to yourself or others, violence, threats, coercion, or reputational harm; you remain responsible for your own decisions. Any additional product or service we offer will be described and priced before you decide whether to purchase it.
