Confidentiality Policy
This Confidentiality Policy explains how we handle the personal details and materials shared during a Spira & Sage consultation. It works alongside our Privacy Policy and Service Terms. Questions can be sent to privacy@spiraandsage.com.
Controlled access
Access to what you share during a consultation is limited to the people and providers who need it to deliver the service, respond to you, or handle reasonable administration. This isn't a legally privileged relationship, and it doesn't guarantee absolute secrecy — see the limits below. Identifiable stories, photos or other materials from your consultation aren't used in marketing or publicity without your separate, written permission.
Sharing consultation materials
We ask that you don't publish or distribute another participant's personal information, or materials from someone else's consultation, without their written permission. This doesn't restrict your own voice: you're always free to share your own experience, write a truthful review or complaint, seek private advice from your own advisers, or make a disclosure that's required or protected by law.
Follow-up notes
The brief follow-up note covering the main observations and next steps discussed is prepared as part of your consultation and sent to you by the method and timing agreed in your booking.
Limits on confidentiality
We may need to disclose limited information where required by law, to protect someone's safety, or to manage a security incident appropriately — these are narrow exceptions, not a general basis for sharing your information.
