We use this information to respond to your enquiry, prepare for and deliver the consultation you've booked, and handle reasonable administration such as billing and record-keeping. Our website hosting and the email and service providers we use may process technical request data and your messages as needed to operate those tools. Access to your information is limited to the people and providers who need it to respond to you, deliver the service, or administer the booking.
Marketing and public use
We don't use identifiable stories, photos or details from a consultation in marketing or publicity without your separate, written permission. Any marketing updates we send are based on a separate, optional consent, and you can withdraw that consent at any time by emailing privacy@spiraandsage.com.
How long we keep it
We keep information for as long as it's needed to respond to your enquiry, deliver the service you've booked, carry out reasonable administration, and meet any legal or dispute-related obligations that apply. When it's no longer needed for those purposes, we delete or anonymize it.
